Ingredients

  • 8 oz


    dark chocolate 75% or higher

  • 2


    avocados mashed

  • 4


    eggs

  • 1/2 cup


    Stevia 8 tablespoons

  • 1/2 cup


    unsweet dark cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup


    almond flour

  • 1/2 tsp


    Salt

  • 2 tsp


    vanilla extract

Servings:
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Melt the chocolate and set aside.
  3. Whisk eggs and stevia. Gradually add the melted chocolate
  4. Stir in almond flour, cocoa, salt and vanilla. Blend well.
  5. Add in avocado and blend well.
  6. Pour and spread in a square pan (it’ll be fairly thick).
    Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove and let set.
